What is the purpose of using language in your work?

It is to efficiently and accurately move forward

with your tasks and achieve your goals.

To smoothly proceed with work in Japan,

it is not enough to merely have a wide range of vocabulary, fluency in keigo (polite language),

or an understanding of Japanese culture.

To ensure that colleagues and business partners can comfortably carry out their tasks,

you should consider:

what to say,

what to write,

which words to use,

and in what order to convey your message.

By establishing the best communication

with others, you can build smooth

and harmonious relationships, 

ultimately enabling you to work comfortably.

As you become comfortable with your work,

not only will you increase your self-confidence,

but you will also gradually receive acknowledgement from your superiors and colleagues.

This approach can be described as partner-centric communication.

Embrace the art of empathetic communication, enabling your counterpart to navigate their tasks with ease and comfort.
